System Components:
The evacuated solar collector is borosilicate glass 3.3 combined with an absorbing layer of AL-N/AL selective absorption coating. The tubes have high absorption, low emissions and will withstand 30mm hailstones.
The inner cylinder is made of imported stainless steel SUS304-2B, 1.2mm thickness.
The material of the outer cover is imported stainless steel SUS304, 0.5mm thickness.
50/ 60 mm thickness polyurethane foam insulation made with an Italian high pressure metering machine, producing one-off molding polyurethane foaming , which has good density and therefore insulating effects.
The tube seals are made of long life silica gel.
The frame stand is made of Aluminium alloy ( 1.5mm thickness ), which can easily be adjusted to the right incidence angle and is also very strong.
The special reflector plate is coated with aluminium oxide ( 0.4 mm thickness ) This increases the absorption angle of sunlight to 360oC.
Equipments : Automatic valve, tank, controller and 1.5KW electric element.
Assembling and installation is simple.
